Objective
Soul Souffle are experts in whipping up healthy, tasty food. What they needed our help for was to build a portal and make it ‘the’ digital destination for ordering nutritious food online.
Work
We did a ton of stuff starting with designing a user interface as tasty as Soul Souffle’s meals. We went about setting up a responsive e-commerce store with search engine optimized content. Analytics driven insights acted as the perfect ingredients to manage a completely interactive and engaging social media account. We also optimized the workflow to pull in more bookings and then made sure that they were all being managed centrally. What’s more, we made sure the whole ordering process was seamless and there were no rude disappointments at the payment gateway. Just to make sure, we also integrated mobile billing systems. We garnished the whole set-up by enabling notifications to prospects across a wide array of channels a.k.a email, text messages et al across as wide an array of devices. We also created drool-worthy referral and loyalty programs to keep customers coming back.
Impact
Our recipe for building a Soul Souffle a delectable digital presence has been a total success. We created a portal with such a high level of customer engagement, that Soul Souffle’s meals sold like hot cakes (or something more calorie conscious).
