Objective
Rajalakshmi Cars, dealers in the automotive industry, wanted to make their first foray into the digital world right from all company branding to their corporate website. Not stopping here, they also needed us to drive sales by generating leads online.
Work
We made the first introduction between RCPL and the world of branding by designing an aptly representative logo. We extrapolated their brand identity by also creating a website for their prospects to navigate easily and use instinctively. For prospects to shift gears and turn to leads and more, we created experience driven lead generation campaigns, set up auto lead nurturing and CRM solutions.
After this, we stepped it up a notch. For creating content that is best understood by prospects, understanding the behavior of site visitors is sacrosanct; which is why we set up solutions targeting them on their behavior patterns and other insider information our data collected about them. As always our campaigns spared no device and no channel, making sure RCPL’s brand was everywhere their prospects were. We also got our creative juices flowing on overdrive to build engaging and interactive campaigns on local awareness, product awareness and process awareness that truly got the message across. This included dynamic ads that prospects just can’t help but click. We also created quality e-mail marketing campaigns that reached prospects right in their inbox without being ignored.
Impact
Numbers don’t lie. RCPL’s lead generation increased not 1 but 400%. And our campaigns tripled (that’s 3X if you prefer abbreviations) the sales of their products and services.
